Patient Images
As your practice grow, it’s easy to forget the name of your patients. Inserting a photograph of your patient helps you to put a name with a face. Including images in the patient file can be very helpful in recognizing your patient when he or she comes into the office. This makes a patient feel valued by you and creates patient loyalty to your practice.
A total of eight images may be inserted into each patient's record. As you can see from the screenshot below, images can be entered for the patient right and left Tymps, right and left outer ears, right and left devices and a family member.
The first tab in the image screen shows a thumbnail of each of these images. Clicking a subsequent tab displays a larger view of the desired image.
