Audiogram Print Options
There are currently two different types of completed audiograms available in HearForm 11. ( In addition to the blank audiograms that are available in the office forms module). An anatomy based audiogram may be printed for patient was only interested in seeing very basic results. The more advanced audiogram, visible in the link below, displays the majority of audiometric information that can be entered into the audiogram module.
This audiogram can also be attached to the soap notes report as it is, faxed or emailed to her referring physician or to the patient.
From the screen, each of these audiograms can be printed, Faxed or emailed as an attached PDF document to the:
- patient or caregiver
- patient’s assigned payer
- patient’s assigned physician
- patient’s assigned school
- any other fax number or email address
