Print History Forms

HearForm keeps track of nearly every form and letter that you print. this prevents you from having to guess what he used ever sent that important document to the patient. HearForm 11 now allows you to print, email or fax any former letter to a patient or referring physician. The history of that printed, emailed or faxed document is recorded on this screen.
