Appointment History at Home

The patients complete Appointment History is Displayed on Home Screen. An unlimited number of appointments can be displayed in this manner. To see previous appointments be on the six that are displayed, simply use the scroll bar on the right hand side. The columns represent the following:

• date of appointment
• time of appointment
• type of appointment
• result of appointment
• assigned clinician

Simply clicking on the appropriate appointment line will take you directly to that particular appointment date in the scheduler.
