Letters to the Physicians

HearForm has several prepared letter templates to allow one click printing for common reasons. This section includes a very basic SOAP notes report generator that is not as powerful as the preferred Audiogram SOAP notes report. This screen allows up to 50 separate letter templates designated to the assigned physician.
